How to configure an automatic response message?

you & Ecirc; You can use self-response / self-response to send a message back automatically to someone who sends an email to a particular account. This can be time when you & ecirc; EstaCute; in fragile or unavailable, or if you have a teaching message that you would like to send to a support email address.

1. In the control panel, click on & iacute; cone named as “Auto Response”.

2. On the next screen, click on Bot & Atilde; “Add Auto Reply”.

3. Then select the characters you want to use. The standard; ANSI_X3.4-1968, but if you want to use special and marked characters, it is recommended to use UTF-8.

4. The “Interval (HOURS)” field must be filled with the frequency with which the self-respondents are sent. For immediate shipping, fill with “0” (zero).

5. Then you & ecirc; You must inform the email account address to which you are; Self-response being configured.

6. In the field “From:” You & Ecirc; You can inform a name, which consists & aacute; of the name of Exhibition & Ccedil; The field “Subject:”, contains the subject of the message that is & aacute; self-responded. If you have not completed this field, the same subject is contained in the original message & eacute; used as an answer.

8. In the last field – “body” – should be included in the body of the message that is & aacute; Submitted. This field allows the use of HTML, whose selection box should be selected if your need / wish.
