Import by API Hayamax File new products or update / synchronization of large -scale product inventory
01) Create your Hayamax account as a shopkeeper or partner, for more information, go to: http://www.hayamax.com.br/info/crossdocking
Download the XML format catalog
02) After accessing the control panel
03) After the login click on catalog & gt; Import and update product feeds
04) Click Insert, Fill in the fields:
Feed name: Hayamax
Supplier: Hayamax (add new if not on the list)
URL or File: File or URL
File: Upload the Hayamax Catalog
Percentage to increase in price: Define the percentage of profit on the price of wholesale product in Hayamax
Feed currency: Real Brasil – BRL
Status: Active
In the field not importing products from the feed categories can define the main categories of some products to import products only from the categories not specified in this field, for example: automotive; cine & amp; Photo; Components; appliances & amp; ELECTROPARTICS; ELECTRONICS; ELECTRONICS; TOOLS; GAMES; INFORMATIC; ELECTRICAL MATERIALS; HEALTH & AMP; Beauty; Security; Telephony
Import Product Status: Active
05) After clicking the Insert button
06) To import the products and synchronize the inventory click on the Feed Load link (recommended click once so as not to overload the server, if you overload your account your account is subject to suspension or lock, recommended hiring of hiring A dedicated server, VPS or Cloud). To update the stock click on the Feed Load link. Update stock once a week or 1 time a day at less access times, between 10am to 6 am.
07) Products will be imported into the categories and sub categories described in Hayamax’s feed.
Note: Hayamax’s electronic category when importing is importing the categories doubly, it should manually manage the categories by the catalog control panel or management of multiple products. We are unaware of the reason.
